Currently I am working on writing my first book, Love's Arch Nemesis. It will be a detailed exploration of how fear keeps us from experiencing love in every aspect of our lives.

When I'm not writing, I am training for my third Marine Corps Marathon. I'm determined to have a time that I'm not ashamed of this year.
